This was an incredible experience for Moni to co-create this assistive device suitable for everyone yet making backward bending more accessible and comfortable for people that may have lost one or both lower limbs. Backward bending offers a long list of medical benefits to the body such as relieving stress, stretching hip flexors, keeping brain, heart and spine healthy.
